About the Exhibit: Works inspired by Mexican painter, Frida Kahlo, who is best known for her self-portraits. Her rich and varied lust for life provides many artistic seeds for this multimedia show, with explorations of reality, femininity, sexuality, feminism, love, lust, jealousy, fidelity and loneliness: a potent blend of possibilities proving that Kahlo’s early death has done nothing to dim her legacy.
