Last weekend, hundreds of art lovers visited Make Space Studios where artists, designers & artisans opened their doors to the public.
The open studios is an opportunity for artists & designers to connect, for art appreciators to meet and buy direct from creators, and for children and families to take part in fun activities.
Thanks to all who came and made it such a great weekend. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

Join us for the opening night this Thursday from 6-10pm. We’re then open all weekend, from 11am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Our sister studio, Studio 180, has recently had a new influx of artists and musicians.
Busily creating in the 8 studios of this converted Georgian house are Lena Bush, Christina Cristova, Liam Fawcett, Harvey Goodall, Sim Gray, Gwil Hughes, Ting-an Lin and The Palma Violets.

Visit Make Space Studios where over 50 artists will open their creative spaces for you to explore.
This vibrant weekend will feature the work of a huge variety of artists including painters, photographers, film makers, performance artists, ceramic artists and designers.

Welcome to Christina Christova, one of the latest newcomers to Studio 180 – Make Space’s sister studio on Lambeth Road.
Christova’s work is an intrusion into fantasy and secret desires. ‘I start with a photograph or a fragment of it–or dreams and memories–and together with mood and color these can be triggers for the world I create.’
Christova studied Painting at the University of the Arts London and was shortlisted for Prunella Clough painting prize in 2009. Find out more here.
This year’s Creation Box festival was a huge success! It ended last night with a showcase of the excellent work of choreographers from the InBox mentoring scheme.
