Olivier Depardon

Oliver Depardon is a musician and composer who has recently relocated to London from Paris.

Olivier Depardon is a French music composer for films and media, currently living in London. He uses acoustic instruments such as the piano as well as electronic gears, samples and sounddesign to create original, elegant and modern pieces of music for films.
He has scored more than 30 soundtracks for tv, theatre and international events. Some examples include:

Formerly a telecommunications engineer, Depardon learnt the piano and music theory by the age of seven. He  studied composition and harmony at the American School of Modern Music in Paris. He also founded the pop-rock band Doune (2 LPs released and more than 15 live concerts in France), for which he was keyboardist and composer.
